How does the customization process work?

  • Answer: You have two options – purchase a ready-made item as-is or personalize it to REP YOU. After placing your order, email your order number and order detail requests to repyouby3b@gmail.com and we'll reach out you via email (or your preferred method) to discuss your customization details. When you email us, we'll respond within 24 hours.

How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Answer: Since each order is crafted with your specifications, please allow a week for production. Shipping times vary, but you can realistically expect your order within 7-10 business days from the date of your purchase.

What is the return policy?

  • Answer: Due to the personalized nature of our items, most are considered custom. If you have questions, feel free to reach out to us at repyouby3b@gmail.com.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?

  • Answer: Unfortunately, once an order is placed and customization details are received, it enters our production queue. Modifications or cancellations may not be possible. If you have concerns, contact us promptly, and we'll do our best to assist you.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • Answer: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, CashApp and Venmo. All transactions are processed securely.

Can I track my order?

  • Answer: Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment to stay updated on its delivery status.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Answer: Not YET.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
