As a child growing up in Boston, MA, I can remember going into clothing stores and wondering why I didn’t identify with anything. None of the shirts said the name of my city.

When traveling and searching for momentos and trinkets, that rack of keychains NEVER had my name on them. So as I grew older, I just started making things of my own with fabric paint and iron on templates that could better represent ME and who I was.
